The location of your holiday apartment combines the vibrant life of one of the most beautiful cities in Germany with the idyll of a beautiful garden in a quiet courtyard.
By the way, you can park your car directly in the public underground car park opposite – the parking card is included in the overnight price!
The accommodation
At approx. In 75 sqm you will find everything you need for a perfect stay in a historic yet modern apartment in the ensemble monument:
Accommodation and food:
Do you like a historical ambience combined with modern furnishings? Then you will love the two rooms that flow into one another. Whether you enjoy a fancy meal at the large dining table after a stroll through the historic old town or whether you make yourself comfortable on the couch with a good book - the beautiful original Franconian floorboards and the historic doors are a highlight for fans of old buildings.
Are there three or four of you coming? Then there is a comfortable sofa bed waiting for tired guests in the living room. It is 1.50 m wide and at well over 2 m long, long enough for tall people too.
There is an inductive charging cradle for thirsty smartphones and your favorite music comes across particularly well via Bluetooth on the small but fine Yamaha system!
Bathroom:
Start the day in the comfortable, large bathroom with bathtub and walk-in shower and enjoy your first glimpse of the well-kept garden in the inner courtyard - which you can of course protect against prying eyes with pleated blinds.
Kitchen:
Whether you want a quick breakfast or a detailed meal – both are no problem in the fully equipped kitchen. We have a Nespresso machine and a French press as well as a teapot for you, as well as a Miele oven, a great induction stove and a large refrigerator - and even a steamer!
Balcony:
From the kitchen you can serve your drinks and meals directly through the window onto the charming balcony. Switch on the pretty lighting on the railing and look forward to a relaxing evening in the wonderfully overgrown greenery of the courtyard.
Bedroom:
The cozy master bedroom faces the very quiet inner courtyard - here you can relax after your exciting experiences in the old town! Even on hot summer days you will be happy about the pleasantly cool climate.
A comfortable box spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 cm) will pamper even the most tense back and if you don't like cold feet, you will appreciate the cozy duvets!
Fast WiFi:
Our guests benefit from a fast and stable internet connection (250/40 MBit). This is easily enough to stream films or have several video calls at the same time.
Access for guests
You can also arrive at unusual times with our self-check-in - you can use the keypad to open the front door with your personal code. You will automatically receive the code by email the day before your arrival.
The apartment is located just a few steps up on the slightly elevated ground floor.
Further important information
Are you coming to us with your electric car? Great! In the underground car park directly opposite, you can not only park for free (you will receive the parking card when you check in), but also conveniently charge it (for a fee, the charging fees depend on your tariff).

Sehr gute Unterkunft, perfekter Service!
Die Ferienwohnung ist großzügig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Service ist perfekt. Der Inhaber reagiert bei Problemen sofort. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Hervorzuheben ist die gute Küche mit einer Nesspressomaschine und das geräumige Badezimmer. Insgesamt bietet die Wohnung alles, was benötigt wird. Das Bett ist für mich etwas zu weich, das hat aber Schlafen nicht beeinträchtigt. Sehr gut ist auch die zentrale Lage und die Parkmöglichkeit direkt gegenüber. Das Ein- und Auschecken mit PIN-Code war problemlos. Gerne wieder :)

Perfect spot to stay when exploring Bamberg
The apartment is conveniently located and offers free parking right across the street - important for tourists wanting to see the city. It is nicely decorated - we felt at home right away.
Hervorragend
Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Räume sind für 2Personen grosszügig bemessen. Das Parken im öffentlichen Parkhaus ist in 2Min.super schnell erreichbar. Von den momentanen Renovationen haben wir ausser dem Gerüst nix mitbekommen. Die Stadtmitte ist in 5-7 Geminuten erreichbar und wir erlebten das Kerwafest mit vielen Besuchern. Wir machten viele Ausflüge mit den Rädern in der tollen Umgebung. Lieder konnten wir uns mit dem erhaltenen Türcode nicht einchecken. Den Balkon haben wir kaum benutzt da er vom Gerüst umgeben ist und der Garten etwas ungepflegt daher kommt. Die Matraze im Doppelbett ist uns als sehr durchgelegen vorgekommen, wir hatten morgens jeweils Rückenschmerzen.
In unmittelbarer Nähe zur Altstadt. Eine sehr hübsch eingerichtete Wohnung.

Die Unterkunft Cozy Rosy liegt nahe am Zentrum, der Aufenthalt ist sehr unkompliziert. Sehr angenehm ist die kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit im Parkhaus direkt gegenüber der Unterkunft. Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung ist ganz modern und läßt keine Wünsche offen. Es hat mir alles sehr gut gefallen, daher keine Kritikpunkte.

Pełne wyposażenie kuchni w potrzebne rzeczy typu talerze, sztućce, kubki, szkło do piwa i wina. Duża łazienka z wanną, prysznicem i bidetem. Balkon ze stoliczkiem. Książki o tematyce turystycznej, gry planszowe. Bezpłatny podziemny parking!!!
Außergewöhnlich
Die top ausgestattete, saubere Wohnung mit guten Betten, liegt ca. 10 Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Die Tiefgarage liegt auf der anderen Straßenseite. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief hervorragend und sehr angenehm!

Der Gastgeber ist Klasse, sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Apartment ist sauber, gemütlich und gut ausgestattet.
We had a lovely stay.
The location is excellent. The apartment had a lot of space. Very friendly host. We arrived late but it was no problem to access the apartment. Parking was included in a parking house on the other side of the street.We needed more toilet paper, but this was just a minor inconvenience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay in this very comfortable, quiet and well equipped apartment. The location was perfect, with the old town being just a short walk away. The nearby off-road parking was also very welcome. Thank you Jorg and Milo for your friendly hospitality and welcome.
